Smooth Duo™ Leggings and Bike Shorts:
For length, we find the 26" leggings are best suited to customers 5'4" or taller (unless you like to scrunch at the hem)
We encourage customers to reference the size guide at our site footer or the size calculator on one of our product pages.
For garments with "classic" lining we suggest the best size for your hip circumference keeping in mind that the underwear should fit snug. If you're in between sizes on the hip measurement, we suggest sizing up only if your bum is on the fuller side.
